Nederlander Theatre

The southernmost of the active Broadway houses, opened in 1921 as the National, then the Billy Rose, then briefly the Trafalgar before taking the Nederlander family name in 1980. Rent ran here for twelve years and remains its longest booking; capacity is 1,235. Schmigadoon! is the current production.
