Belasco Theatre

Opened in 1907 as the Stuyvesant, renamed three years later for David Belasco, who kept a duplex apartment above the auditorium. At 1,018 seats it is one of the smaller Shubert houses, and it is the easternmost of the active Broadway theatres. Maybe Happy Ending is both its longest run and its current tenant.
