House of Culture

Built 1952–58 and known in Finland as Kulttuuritalo, the name the Ministry of Education and Culture used in its inscription release. The façade and its canopy face Sturenkatu, and it is the curved brick volume of the pair that gives the building its street presence. One of the five inscribed sites within Helsinki.
