Kaifu-Bad
The oldest pool in the city, opened in 1895 as the Stadtbad Hohe Weide and the oldest surviving Hamburg city bath still in use, under heritage protection; an outdoor pool was added in 1938 and the 2015 renovation brought the Kaifu-Sole brine section. Alongside the brine pools and saunas there are experience showers and a heated open-air pool with a floating basin. Hours are long: 9.00 to midnight Monday to Friday, 9.00 to 23.00 at weekends.
