Copenhagen Skatepark

The hall opened in 2003 in a former painting workshop belonging to Copenhagen's tramways, roughly 2,000 square metres under roof at Enghavevej in Kongens Enghave. Its vert ramp was the largest in Scandinavia when it was inaugurated, and the street section is laid out around three pyramids with ledges, handrails and quarters; a spectators' balcony runs above it. StreetMekka, a centre for street sports and street art, moved onto the same site in 2010, and the park has hosted the Copenhagen Pro contest every year since 2007.
