1905 Lovatnet rockslide tsunami
A rockslide crashed into the lake Lovatnet in Norway and raised a wave that, according to the Geological Survey of Norway, surged several tens of metres into the air before striking both sides of the valley. The passenger steamboat Lodalen, which worked the lake, was carried some 300 to 400 m inland and left where it came to rest. Visit Norway's listing for the historical walk in Lodalen gives the death toll as 61.
