La Romareda

Zaragoza is the Spanish host that is not renovating but replacing: the old Romareda comes down and a new build rises on the same ground, with a rebuild target near 43,144 seats. The confirmation is conditional on that construction finishing, and the RFEF has since ratified the site. The Romareda name also attaches to the neighbourhood around Asín y Palacios, where a municipal senior residence carries it too.
