The festival's main stage is the open courtyard of the popes' palace, and the July 2026 bill there runs from Maldoror and Oiseau to a Benjamin Clementine concert, Le Pas du Monde and L'Aube des Questions. It is also where the opening production usually goes, as with Thomas Jolly's staging of Seneca's Thyeste.
