Arts Quad
Cornell's humanities core, ringed by stone buildings in Collegiate Gothic with pointed arches and worked detail: Goldwin Smith Hall, White Hall and the renovated Klarman Hall among them. McGraw Tower sets the skyline and carries the Cornell Chimes, rung daily. The lawn doubles as parade ground for Dragon Day, when architecture students build a dragon and walk it through campus.
