Independence Hall

Closed in March 2025 and reopened on 28 January 2026, the building came back with restored wood elements, repaired plaster, preserved metal finishes and historically accurate paint on ceilings, walls and trim. Accessible ramps were designed and built into the approach as part of the same Independence Square Improvement Project. The brickwork and the monuments around it were part of the masonry scope rather than an afterthought.
