John Fitzgerald Kennedy National Historic Site

Rose Kennedy restored the Beals Street house to the condition it was in when her son was born there in 1917, then gave it to the National Park Service. What the rooms document is less the presidency than the household of a rising Boston family before the money and the offices arrived. Admission is free.
