Igreja de São Nicolau
The façade was covered in azulejos in 1861, half a century before the large figurative panels at Carmo and Santo Ildefonso, so it belongs to an earlier period of Porto tiling. The church stands near the Palácio da Bolsa and the Ribeira, on a narrow street of heavier stone buildings, inside the city's classified historic site.
