Parliament Hill Lido

Grade II-listed and unheated, the Hampstead Heath pool opens every day of the year, with the winter timetable running roughly 07:00 to 13:00 rather than the long summer sessions. Warm showers and a sauna are the concession to cold-water swimmers; the water temperature itself is not one. The Parliament Hill Lido Users' Group, a volunteer body, posts current water temperatures and runs kit swaps and fundraisers for the swimming community.
