Trump National Golf Club, Westchester

Jim Fazio laid out the course, which carries the highest slope rating in the Metro New York area, about thirty minutes north of Manhattan. The property has also been the subject of a sustained effort by its owner to have its assessed value written down for property tax purposes, which makes the club a rare case where the tax filings are as documented as the scorecard.
