Trump Park Avenue

The 35-storey block went up in 1927 to 1928 as the Hotel Delmonico, attributed to Emery Roth, whose practice turned out much of Park Avenue's pre-war hotel and apartment stock. It was converted to roughly 120 condominium residences and is owned by the Trump Organization. The hotel bones show in the plan: small one-bedroom units alongside full-floor apartments on the same landings.
