Trump Ocean Club

A 70-floor waterfront tower at Punta Pacifica combining hotel, residences, casino, offices and retail, designed by Arias Serna Saravia S.A. and built for a reported 400 million dollars. It opened in 2011 as the Trump Organization's first internationally branded development. On 5 March 2018, after a twelve-day standoff over the management contract, workers prised the letters off the building; it later became The Bahia Grand Panama and then the JW Marriott Panama.
