Trump International Hotel Waikiki

A 38-storey condo-hotel of about 462 units, designed by Benjamin Woo Architects with Guerin Glass Architects and developed by Irongate AZREP, construction starting in July 2006. The Trump name went in 2023, and after a short-lived intermediate brand the building settled as Ka Laʻi Waikīkī Beach within Hilton's LXR division, the Hawaiian name chosen for its sense of tranquillity and marked with a blessing ceremony. A 100 million dollar renovation of rooms and public areas was scheduled for 2025.
