Trump International Hotel and Tower Vancouver

Arthur Erickson designed the 60-storey, 188-metre tower to twist gradually up to 45 degrees from base to top, a hyperbolic paraboloid form in the family of Absolute World and the Turning Torso. Completed in 2016 with 217 apartments and 147 hotel rooms, developed by Holborn Group and built by Urban One Builders. The hotel closed in 2020 and filed for bankruptcy; rebranding began in late 2021 and it reopened in April 2022 as the Paradox Vancouver.
