Trump International Hotel and Tower Toronto

The postmodern tower at 325 Bay Street opened in 2012 combining residences, hotel and retail, and was for a time the tallest mixed-use building in Toronto. The Trump Organization held the hotel management contract and a minority stake; the name lasted until 2017, then The Adelaide Hotel Toronto until 2018, and the building is now The St. Regis Toronto. Three names in six years, on the same spire.
