How do I create a collection? Sign in and hit Start a collection. Give it a name, pick one to three categories, and decide who can contribute. You can change all of this later.

How do I add a location? Open a collection, drop a pin, write a description, add tags, attach up to ten photos, and fill in whatever custom fields the collection asks for.

Can I copy a location? Owners and editors get a Duplicate button on a location page, and so does whoever added it while the collection still takes their contributions. It opens the add form already holding that location's place, description, tags, category and custom fields, with (copy) on the end of the title. Photos don't come across, and nothing is saved until you submit.

What's the difference between closed, invite, and open? Closed keeps locations to owners and editors only, not even people you've added as members can submit one. Invite opens that up to members you've specifically given the contributor role. Open lets anyone submit, no account needed.

Why is my location still pending? Some collections review locations before they go live. Yours sits as pending until an owner or editor approves it. There's no notification yet if it's rejected, so check back directly.

What can editors, contributors, and viewers do? Owners have full control, including inviting people. Editors can approve or reject locations and run the collection day to day but can't invite new members. Contributors can add locations. Viewers can see a private collection but can't add anything.

Can I make a collection private, and how do I invite people? Yes, set that when you create it or later from its settings. Invite people from the collection's members page; only the owner can do that.

How do I delete a location or my account? You can edit or delete your own locations anytime you're signed in. For account deletion, contact us directly for now.
